History

Ken Eccleston leads the firm and practiced with Douglas N. Macklem, the co-author of Construction Builders’ and Mechanics’ Liens in Canada the leading publication in the field, at the law firm of Houser, Henry, Loudon and Syron until 1992 when he joined the firm of Atlin, Cohen, Armel.

The firm was founded in 1994 by partners Ken Movat and Ken Eccleston and in 2008 was merged into the firm of Eccleston LLP which provides advice exclusively in the field of Construction related matters including contract formation and litigation.
